Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind every product we ship. If something arrives damaged or does not meet spec, we'll make it right.

1. Return Window
Unopened, undamaged products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost (less shipping).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Sterile products with broken seals, custom OEM kits, and clearance items are non-returnable unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
3. Damaged or Defective Shipments
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
4. How to Start a Return
Email info@pyramidscientific.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue an RMA number and return instructions within one business day.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items, in which case Pyramid Scientific covers return shipping.
